The Breath of Creation

I have been reflecting on the movement of creation between formless and form. How do things come into being and then pass away. I decided to include two versions that address my ponderings.

The Breath of Creation

#1

Creation is a cycle of death and rebirth
It forms with every breath
The lungs of creation inhale…take “in”
All possibilities of life
Formless it waits…

When the lungs are inflated,
Creation waits for co-creation
that moves out
exhales
forming possibilities into material expression.

Creation then waits for the inhale
the deconstruction of form
into end-less possibilities.

The breath is the movement
and cycle in all things.
From the smallest collectives,
the inhale-the filling expansion
the exhale—deconstruction –contraction.

#2

Love is breath
The Creator breaths in
holding all possibilities
without form

Then waits … holding
filled with expansion.
Then turns with an exhale

The Creator breaths out
co-creating all that is
in form…
there is a contraction.

Then waits…holding.
With each breath,
the complexity and beauty of
all creation
is en-livened
is en-riched

With each breath,
all existence is changed.
The breath is movement
the engine of creation
the expression of love.
