Information Disclosed in Healing/Coaching Sessions

We will never share any personal information that is disclosed during sessions with us and we will secure any notes that contain personal information in a way that restricts access to outside parties. Any intake forms that you fill out via our online schedulert as a new client via our online scheduler are stored via HIPPA compliant systems.

When you use our online scheduler, we may send you emails about your appointments. For example, we may email you to tell you that:

  • Reminder emails about your upcoming appointments
