"Healing is priceless. You don't charge for the healing but you charge for the person's time as everybody has the right to earn an income and that's why we try to keep the charges reasonable, so that everybody can partake."
We believe in helping those in need:

The Gist
We need at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
If you buy packages or gift certificates from us, there are limitations on when you can get refunds:
For packages, refunds after more than one session has been used are not possible.
For gift certificates, if any part of the funds have been used or if it’s been longer than 6 months since the certificate was purchased, refunds are not possible.
The Fine Print
We understand that unanticipated events and illnesses happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
No refunds are available, but session appointments can be rescheduled through our online scheduler a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the appointment to receive an updated appointment. The easiest way to do this is to click on the change appointment button in your confirmation or reminder email.
If you are unable to reschedule your appointment via the scheduler, you must use the contact form to request the appointment change at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
There are no refunds for workshops and courses.
This policy helps to maximize the availability of appointments for people who need them. If you give us less than 24 hours advance notice, your payment for the services is retained as a cancellation fee.
No-shows
Anyone who does not show up for their scheduled appointment for whatever reason will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full for the missed appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to not inconvenience others whose appointments follow yours.
Regardless of the length of the treatment, payment for a full session is expected. Out of respect and consideration for us and other clients, please plan accordingly to arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of schedule.
For online appointments, check your technology and the link 10 minutes ahead of schedule. Phone appointments we will call you. This will allow your session to begin at the scheduled time.
Refunds for Packages
We will honor full refunds for packages prior to any sessions being scheduled.
If the first session has been scheduled, a full refund is still possible provided the session is cancelled and the refund is requested at least 24-hours prior to the session.
Refunds for Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates may only be refunded if none of the balance has been used and if it has been less than 6 months since the gift certificate was purchased.
