Trauma Healing Circle & Workshop October 24 & 25
Reflex Class —Add-on Trauma Healing Circle
Trauma Healing Cirlces workshop from 6:15 pm - 8:15 pm after the Relexes class October 24 & 25 at the Journey Space in Glen Echo, MD.
There will be one small group exercise and 1 constellation from 6:15 pm- 8:15 pm each day. Each constellation will have a seeker ($155) and participation in the circle is free.
Join our trauma healing circles to experience a group process in your trauma healing. In the circle, you will be able to represent a part of a trauma and hold space for it to be seen, move and metabolized with the assistance of the group. The tool the group will primarily use is systems constellation, but we will also be experimenting with other modalities as they emerge. The once-monthly circle will build the capacity of the group to hold group trauma healing spaces.
