A spiritual regression trek takes between 3 ½-4 hours.  I facilitate all of them remotely via Zoom.  You don’t need to believe in past-lives to participate in a session.  It is an imaginative metaphor that is used to open a doorway.

1. It begins with an intention. What do you want to explore in your trek.

2. You are deeply relaxed and hypnotized into a theta state. This puts you into an altered state and gives you the ability to expand into the experience.  While hypnotized you are always observing and in control of your experience.

3. You are brought through several regression experiences (early childhood experience, womb experience, and a past life experience).  The door to accessing the soul realms of life-between-life spaces in this type of trek is through a death experience in another life.

4. The doorway opens from this death experience and brings you to an entry point to the soul realms.  This “place” is different for everyone.  It is where you will meet a spirit guide who helps you navigate the experience. 

5. This place is joyful, peaceful and full of light.  There is no judgement here.

6. The rest of the experience is unique to each person.  Some see vivid pictures and communicate telepathically with beings in these worlds. Others sense and feel the world they have entered. 

7. You will receive messages and energetic information downloads. 

8. Often the spirit guide indicates when the journey is complete.

9. You are brought to a imaginary place where you retain your altered state and process the experience.

10. You are slowly brought out of hypnosis.
